Friend of mine just made level 40 and can finally play a moonkin which is why he started the druid. I have a level 40 priest and level 40 mage. For questing to 80, which is a better partner for a moonkin?
I like playing both shadow priest and frost mage equally so wanted to get opinions from druid players of which class they would like to have partnered with for questing.

I'd say shadow priest. Shields, passive mana and health regen, spirit buff. Just pull big and don't stop.

Both are actually suitable for it.
With a spriest you've got comparable buffs for each other and both have the ability to heal offering you both chances to be offensive.
With a mage you've once again got comparable buffs for each other and the moonkin has the ability to heal.
I'd say for easy leveling with a spriest would probably be easier since you can both heal but since leveling is like banging your head against a wall the mage would work just as well.
