Best gear for Elemental NOT from raids? :: Free Realms

I don't do much (any) raiding, and I was wondering if there was a list somewhere of the best gear for an Elemental Shaman that one can get, but NOT from raids. All the stuff I looked up seems to be from Naxx and Ulduar, and I don't plan on doing those any time soon.

I have a list of the sort bookmarked, but unfortunately it's just for Enhancement (and the guy who wrote it was a nut for mail gear so it's not totally complete anyway). Smiley: frown

I tried doing a quick search and found some lists but just for level 70...I'm sorry I couldn't be more help.

Maybe you could do a search on wowhead for gear with spellpower and hit in the appropriate level range? It won't get you a list of "these are the besty-best-best pieces, get them" but it might be helpful in deciding which Heroics to focus on. Remember, as Elemental you may need to wear some cloth, so don't look only at mail. Also there are raid drop BoEs available and you can get a couple tier pieces turning in badges, so not all of the items you're looking for will be heroic drops.

With proper reputation enchants and +Hit rating gems and enchants, this could be a possible set. Not able to use any raid loot hinders you, since a lot of pre-raid loot for Ele Shaman doesn't have +Hit for some reason. Might need to switch out some pieces for more +Hit, or even drop down to lower iLevel loot to get Hit capped. Capping Hit is your first priority.

Try PVP Epics. Those u can buy from honor points and WG Marks are pretty good!

A year ago when we were still playing TBC this was a good idea. In WotLK it is a complete waste of time and effort. PvP gear is terrible raiding gear in Wrath, doubly so when compared to the gear available from heroics, badges, and rep. Spend the time, do the work, get geared up properly.

Or be ridiculed and removed from raids by people like me.
