3 looksFollow

Right now I play a Shaman, but I also think Druid sounds like a cool class. Here is my only question and I know it sounds kind of lame but....

Does it bother you druids that there is only 3 looks druids have unless your kicking it in town? You are either a bear, cat, tree or boom but it never changes do to your gear. For examlple, its cool when I get a new helm and put it on because it changes the way I look so i dont get bored.

So do you guys ever feel druids need changes in the way the look from time to time?

Ok I just realized that 1+1+1+1 = 4 so sorry i should have named the thread 4 looks.

whew, just saved my self from that flame =)

We are getting new skins soon, at least that has been what I've been reading on all the boards.

Soon means maybe 3.2 but I doubt it.

This is Soon.

New skins are for 3.2.

Still no gear aspect and only cat/bear.

Ok good, then I will look into this class a little more. I have never seen end game for wow. If you had to choose between a shaman healer and a druid healer which would you rather have. I know this is a loaded question because there are differnt kinds of healers for different situations. Im just speaking genericly here.

I think shamans are cool but totem droping gets old when questing. Ty for the feedback.

Totem dropping should get a lot easier in 3.2, Shamans are getting Call of Fire. Basically, this will let you set up to 4 totems (one for each element) on call of Fire, and by casting this spell, you can drop 4 totems at once. Call of Earth will replace Totemic Recall. Call of Fire will be level 30 (I believe), and later there will also be Call of Water/Air, which work the same and let you have 3 sets of totems on quick drop.

Only 3 (4) looks?

Hardly. Druids have potential access to two feral forms (cat and bear), a healing form (tree), the boomkin form, swim form, flight form, travel form, and whatever racial humanoid form they start with (Tauren or N. elf). So, yeah, that's eight looks right there. Most classes are only able to change their look with gear, which at certain points will barely, if at all, change.

Sure, the same cat/bear look can get a little stale after a while, but most of the time I'm switching forms often enough that it really doesn't matter much.

or just do what i do and spec 24/24/23 so you dont get any new forms and spend your time in caster doing a mix of healing/nuking followed by a feral bear charge every 15s (just for kicks). be sure to spend your dkp on the highest dps polearms and 2h maces so you look extra badass.

also, just so theres no confusion, when i say the above, im oozing sarcasm. from my pores.

Oh, right. Carry on. I don't know what I would have done had you not added that last bit.
