Second SpecFollow

Just curious if many rogues are dual-speccing and what they are using their second spec for.

I'll go first. Since I enjoy the PVE aspect the game the most, I have both my specs set up for PVE.

Spec 1 - Set up as Mutilate because I prefer that spec the most. Just feels more rogue like with the daggers and I like seeing lots of numbers flash across the screen.

Spec 2 - Combat spec with Improved FoK. Since Ulduar gear has a good amount of expertise, I usually drop a point out of weapons expertise and put the extra point plus the one from weapons expertise into improved FoK to help with interrupts on certain fights (mostly Thorim). Also, when wound poison is helpful for certain fights (i.e. General Vezax, Freya, I switch to combat as well.

Just curious what people have set up as their second spec and why.

I don't have dual spec on her, but if I did it'd probably be PVE Combat and mutilate as well. I don't really PVP much with her.

My new thing is hanging out by the dragon daily in Icecrown and ruining the Alliance's days. What's that? 2 hours to complete 1 daily? Your time is my currency!

I was dual-spec muti and combat from when my two best weapons were both daggers. Now they're both fists I use my second spec for the +15% speed increase in muti, for when I'm farming or working towards Loremaster.

My first spec is ShS PvP. Offspec is currently PvP combat because I just wanted to give it a go. The extra cooldowns **** up my interface though. Regardless, I haven't seriously played my rogue in ages so it's basically just 'lying around'.

I went Mutilate PvE for primary, and my secondary is Mutiprep. Don't have to change out weapons and gives me a little more ability to fight back when out soloing.

I can't afford to sink the gold into it. I still need to pay for my DK's DPS spec.
