Well, i have a 59 Tauren DK, and i have the little icons above the ActionBars for my Blood and Frost presences, but there's no Unholy Presence button, even though all my talent points are in Unholy. Know whats up with that?
simple search came up with this..:
Unholy Presence is the Death knight PvP Presence available at level 70. While active, the Death Knight's attack and movement speed is increased. It also decreases the global cooldown.

I wouldn't call it the PvP presence either. There are several PvE situations where Unholy Presence is preferred and it's not uncommon to PvP in Frost.
But, yeah. You can haz at 70 =)
