My goal is to be a good healer and fighter. I have really no idea where to go after level 60 in my talents. Thought about upgrading one hand weapon and shield skill. But don't really know. Comments on this build?

That's okay, except not at one time. If you play solo of course you can do anything you want with your spec, but in group situations, with a few exceptions, hybrid builds are generally not the way to go. If you're wanting to do instances and eventually raids, my recommendation is that you need to pick either healer or fighter. If you like both that's fine, buy dual spec and keep a set of gear for both. But you're not going to do both well with one spec.
