I know I definitively need a new weapon but except for that, is there anything I should consider changing? Are my current gems good or should I get different ones? What about the meta gem? I am also wondering about what kind of glyphs I should get.

I don't know much of anything about Ret, but one suggestion I can make is I might not enjoy being your healer with 330 Resilience. Filling in with more PVP gear that's easily obtained through honor (the Deadly offpieces, rings, Wintergrasp trinkets, etc.) would make a big difference without you having to sacrifice a lot of gemming for it.
You've got empty sockets and missing enchants all over the place too - I'd say fill those in. :) I know people probably don't want to invest much in their offset/second spec but there are so many decent enchants you can get for a song. The +8 stats or the resilience to chest, for example, are both hugely cheap. You can get your head and shoulder enchants with Stone Keeper's Shards.

I would gem for strength, use a 21 agility and 3% increased crit damage gem. Then you need a single green gem (8 crit/12 stam) to activate your meta gem. Get a titansteel destroyer which will last you until a better raid weapon or 1850 ratings.
Glyphs, I would use Judgement, Salv, Turn Evil for your majors.
Regarding enchants, I would use these
Helm - 50ap/20 crit (ebon blade)
Shoulder - 40ap/15 crit (hodir)
Cloak - 22 agility
Chest - 10 stats
Bracer - 50 attack power
Gloves - 44 attack power
Belt - eternal belt buckle
Pants - 75 attack power / 22 crit
Boots - 32ap
Rings - 32ap
If you don't raid, just keep doing PVP and slowly work your way towards all the gear. You should do arena every week just for points, and once you have mostly epic PVP gear start pushing for rating.
