Does Hateful Gladiator Felweave Cowl proc wings?
If not, what gear does my 80 lock need?
What season/tier is the Hateful set?
I've seen level 70 locks proc wings, so I would think a level 80 lock
could get them too.
I have had no luck googling this... most of the info is out of date and unreliable. If anyone knows a good up-to-date site for gear info I'd love to hear.

I think the wing annimation was only on the T6 and Arena Season 3 shoulders head. Could be wrong. But they usually don't go back to old gear designs especially for tier gear. At least not for a long while anyway.

I did further research and it looks like helms that proc wings have a gargoyle face icon.
Your answer was very helpfull in determining this since I knew which
sets to look at.
BTW, the best item set descriptions I found were wowhead.com/itemsets
Maybe most players knew this, but it was a nice find for me!

it was a purely cosmetic proc from Tier.6 head piece and possibly Arena Season.3 head piece
Yea,s3 head procced wings also.
I saw this in on a lock in Org the other day and it looked awesome. :)
