The kids are gone for the summer and I'm going to induldge myself with some WOW. It's been about 4 months. I looked on the sticky, but I didn't see build recomendations for 3.1. What is the best spec for a Naxx 25 geared mage?. I don't have the dagger, but I have pretty much everything else.
The specs haven't changed much. if you have the hit gear arcane/fireball is the top dps spec. followed by arcane. then frostfire.
I forgot what the hit cap is. I did a search on the sticky but I must have missed it. I'm sitting at 347 13.23 unbuffed right now with a frost spec. With the raid buffs is that going to be enough or should I go with Arcane?
17% is full cap, I would say you are plenty close enough. so 14% + the 3% is fine. If you are alliance you will be capped if you have a draenei in your group (raid?)

One more question. Can you send me a link to the fire and arcane specs you are talking about? I see a bunch of them on the nets, but I wanted to get it directly from you to make sure it's correct. Also, I'm assuming that the glyphs to use are:
fireball
imp scorch
living bomb
Let me know if that's not correct
