Hey there fellow rogues - I am getting geared for naxx, but even after all of the guides I still lack a specific understanding of what I should be wearing. Essentially, I am looking for a naxx rogue gear wish list. Any feedback is good feedback - thanks guys!

Are you looking for a Naxx gear list, or a gear list to get before going into Naxx? Shadowpanther.net is probably going to be the best spot for you to look at how much of an upgrade an item is for you, and where it drops.
With that being said, Heroic Gundrak drops a ring, and supposedly some leggings, but the legs have never dropped for me out of the million times I've ran it. Knights of the Ebon Blade have a pretty good chest piece for rogues, too. Wyrmrest Accord have some bracers, and Argent Crusade (I think) has some really nice boots with +hit on them.
There is a decent trinket from heroic Nexus, and the Fleshshaper drops from H HoL, or HoS. Honestly I would just look at Shadowpanther, because there are a lot of places that drop gear for rogues in Heroics.

Great stuff, thanks Feyras. Yeah, I am looking for gear to get ready for naxx. Also, I am lost as to how to navigate shadowpanther: the pvE starter gear section is all random world drops and craftables, while the PvE armor and weapon lists are full of post naxx gear - where is the inbetween stuff? The heroics armor and weapons, the reg 80 dungeon items - I can't find them anywhere on the site...

Feyras is right. H-GD drops legs, ring, and a helm (of cheated fate). H-HOS drops a nice dagger, and you should be able to buy a paper cutter from the AH for 100g, if you are mutilate.

The PvE gear you want to look at on Shadowpanther is not the starter gear, but more likely the other sheet. Just look under the epics- the stuff in blue text is the easiest stuff to get.
You may want to buy some BoE epics, but that's not necessary. It will make you look good though.

The trollwoven shoulders and belt are nice, the mats should be pretty cheap by this point.
