I have been doing thesame thing lately, trying to get to tank naxx10. Currently I have: 29k hp unbuffed, 31% dodge, 32% crit, and about 29k armor (don't know for sure, and can't check it atm, sorry).
With those stats I can take somewhat damage, although I really prefer to gear up a little more before I tank the full raid. I'm a healer mainspec, and I gear up for my tanking set whenever I can. I currently have 3 pieces of T7 gained through badges and drops in naxx while healing. So may I suggest you go like me, and make a feral dps offspec, and do that first untill your gear allows to full-time tank. (Tanking is gear dependant, yes).
One thing you should know that is, if you take 3/3 Survival of the fittest, you're immune to crits and don't need anymore def rating.
This is my spec if you should be interested.

Short version: 30/30/30 ... 30k armor (maybe hard to reach to start), 30k hp, 30% dodge (and alot of crit is nice due to savage defense). (If those are to high ,a bit lower is okay too I think, if your healers can take it)
Try to start with another spec and gear up tanking set in the meanwhile. No need for crit because of 3/3 SotF.

Stam = Agi > dodge > crit > expertise > rest

Get 30k hp & armor & dodge, and then you should be fine. But that's a little high I think.
I didn't really understand the question in your second post, but I think this is the answer to it. If you need more answers, be a little bit more specific please :).

Check out this site for what items you should go for before you enter naxx

30k armor is too high, 30% dodge is too low. 30k health is about right, depending on how much epic crafted gear you want to get. After playing with Rawr for a few minutes, I would look for 25-27k armor, 30k health, and 35% dodge.

Okay so I would need 30k health, 27k armor, 35% dodge, 30% crit for tanking in Naxx (Regular)?

I can't really contribute much to the numbers, but to a certain extent it needs to be what you feel comfortable with as well. Much like I could throw out numbers for feral DPS, but it comes down to "Can you handle the rotation in a raid setting and still put out the same DPS you were before?"

If you feel like heroics are far easier for you and your healer, then you're ready to move up. If you still have a lot of "oh shi-" moments, I recommend downloading Rawr. It's been consistently good for Druid specs, and you can easily filter gear down to eliminate any raid stuff. It will enable you to see what those last few gear upgrades you can get are.

Actually, I recommend downloading it anyway. It's a lot of fun.

Requirements are level 80 and that your raid have healers.

There aren't set numbers, especially because just as people were figuring out the minimums for Naxx they changed bear armor and health on us.

So I'm gonna pull some outta my rear end. I'd say with appropriately-geared healers (and what are the numbers for those? That's a different thread) shoot for 27k health, 28k armor and 35% dodge.

Edit: What may work better is to link to your bear. Easier to diagnose whether s/he is ready based on armory than just numbers, again because though I probably had 28k health when I first tanked in there, that was before the bear sta nerf and it's a whole different ball game now.

I'm going with tuskerdu on this one. I put together a RAWR preheroic bear profile awhile ago. Would be insanely expensive to put the set together.

Ended up with 24k armor, 30k HP and 33% dodge. That was made with lots of rep gear and crafted stuff. Would be very pricey. Mostly stam gems so swinging some to Shifting gems or Delicate would boost armor and dodge.

Honestly the nerfs hurt bears just getting into raiding more than bears that all ready had been raiding.

Just try and push 30 for the 3 tank stats. Dodge will likely be over and the others under. When in doubt ask. Also running as the OT for a few weeks to get some gear is perfectly fine.
