So I just recently spec'd Fire as an offspec.
Currently have Fireball/Molten Armor/Living Bomb glyphs.
Spec is 18/53/0
In Arcane I went with 3 Impact, 1 Student of the mind 1 Focus Magic then the 3 Torment.
But my primary question is about Arcane Meditation(used in Arcane spec, 50% MP5 while casting. With Mage Armor you'd have 100%). In Fire you have Pyromaniac which is 50% MP5 while casting. If you took both(not saying I will just hypothetical) would you have 100% MP5?

Both stack and you max out with whatever composition at 100%

I just did General Vezax as frost (for the mana efficiency as you get 0 mana back from any means) and good god that was boring.
