I just recently got dual-spec and prepared a tank build(http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#j0EMoZGxxzA0I0f0iost0x:RTwMmV). Could you guys make sure I didn't miss anything, or get an unnecessary talent?

Get rid of RPM--you should NEVER amass enough RP so as to notice any difference between 100 and 130 as a tank.

You may want 1 point in Epidemic.

Subversion is good for threat, as is Chill of the Grave. I'd place your point in one of those two, or in Ravenous Dead (depending on the strength levels you have in tank gear).

Also Merciless combat is kind of a waste. By the time HP drops to 35%, you should have a huge threat lead. You can take those 2 out and move them to another tree or help with iddigory's suggestions. Depending on your hit rating, virulence might help.
