Is there any 2-handed weapon enchant that is viable in both raiding and pvp?
The attack power enchants. They also happen to be cheaper than the one that disarmors you and makes rogues turn you into swiss cheese.
But it may also be a good idea to simply have a pvp weapon and a pve weapon. After all when you go pvp you need more crit and when you pve you switch some crit gear for hit gear.
ATM for PvP I use the spear that drops from the spider boss in Nax 10 (3.7 swing timer) and I put a 110AP enchant on it. For PvE I use the Titansteel Destroyer. I don't have serious weapons because I don't really raid but if I did the uber DPS chant would be on the +hit weapon.

At the same time, my offspec Ret set gets over hit cap very easily - I even bought the EoV bracers (I think - those or a BoE naxx-25 drop) because they had no hit on them and the hit on my old ones was completely wasted since I was overcapped.
Even for raiding, hit up to the PvE melee hitcap is plentiful. Don't pick gear because it has some hit, you'll always be able to get hitcapped.

the armor debuff on berzerker is pretty tiny.
Put 110 AP on your weapons if you're cheap, berzerker otherwise, pvp or pve both are fine.
