First things first, it's called 'dual' and 'spec' since dual is a reference to double and spec is an abbreviation of specialization.

That said, your request is pretty big and you leave us little to no information to go with. You're the resident Death Knight newbie on your server and you want to get better at everything, from what I've understood.

This will give us some insight on your gear and talents.

You still need to pick a preferred talent specialization, though. Do you want to focus on Unholy, Frost or Blood? Blood offers a lot of self-healing and raid utility while Frost offers control and proc reliant burst damage. Unholy has a lot of AoE talents and Scourge Strike hits like a truck.

Once you have a more detailed request, it'll be easier for us to accommodate it. I'm not going to post three to four talent build for every specialization and every job you want it for. I'd get downright mad having to spend that much time with the calculator.
