DPS SqueezeFollow

Hi there,
Qucik question and hopefully an equal quick answer:

How would you alter my gems/chants in order to stay hitcapped and add-in some more AP or crit?
I'm having dificulties deciding which way to go...
Basically I have 12 HR too much, but I can't decide to swap for gems and chants in order to squeeze out the most dps gain.

Your thoughts would be highly appreciated!
