Be Imba won't update and according to WoW-Heroes I have no gear at all. Your defense is too low - you need minimum 535 for heroics and 540 for raid bosses.
HP is a bit low too - 20k.
Enchant your gear (stamina or defense as needed), replace your green +str gems with +stamina gems, get some leg enchants, socket your belt for stamina, head enchant asap. You should be able to get uncrittable and add a couple thousand health that way, at which point you're probably good for some of the easier heroics and offtanking 10-man stuffs with a decent healer.
In terms of spec, shift anger management --> deep wounds, shift 3 from cruelty to AtT. Prot side, get improved Thunder clap filled out, and improved Revenge over Improved Spell reflect. Otherwise it looks good.

your not far off, with that so far i've main tanked Construct/Arachnid Quaters of Naxx as well as Saph in nax, though i've had good healers with me each time, i've off tanked whatever else i've done in naxx.
And yes i know i need a new trinket, but it just doesnt seem to be happening for me.

Immediately do Utgarde Pinnacle on normal mode to get the Silver-Plated Battlechest

As a quest reward it's a guaranteed drop and will be an awesome placeholder until you got the reputation for the Wyrmrest chest.
Consider having Daunting Handguards (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=41357) made. Should cost you next to nothing, depending on your server's economy. (In fact, the money rewards from completing the 2 UP quests should easily pay for it)
So for merely an hour of "work" you'll reach the defense "cap" for raids and have enough health for heroics. 25K with Commanding Shout is plenty to get started.

Naxxramas 10man tanking
A warrior can probably farm Naxxramas 10 when he has:

60% Armor damage reduction
25K health
20% dodge
15% parry
5% expertise
5% hit rating
