ok I am lvl 23 and I hav 2 totems Earth which I got first and at lvl 20 I got Water... I have yet to get Fire. I have a fire nova totem but can not use it cause i have no fire totem. I know i have to quest for it but when do i do that... I spoke to another shamen tonight and he/she was same lvl as me give or take 1 lvl and he/she had earth and fire and was working on water. My question is when do I ge tthe Fire totem????

You can pick up the quest at level 10--head back to your starting area and look around. You may need to turn on low level quest tracking.
