Hello

Is there a soft cap for Crit % for Furry warriors with Rampage and Deep wounds abilities ?

I just had around 32% crit rating and simply auto attacked a training dummie. I saw this amazing thing : Rampage was up 90% of the time and deep wounds 90% of the time.

Is there any point in increasing any further the Crit rating over 32% ?? If I do so, then deep wounds might overap itself ,same for Rampage.Would that be good or bad?I m thinking that this maybe the point to increase strength. Any ideas? Is this a threshold?I cant find any post stating clearly how high crit must/should be or an analogy between strength -Crit. The expression 'Those stats should be balanced' does not say much.

(I did 1000 dps and 80% was melee (plain auto attacks-hits-glances-crits) while 20% where deep wounds.
Assuming that I use specials and reach 2000 DPS then deep wounds contribution is not going to increase ,it will be 10% since value is fixed and the ability is up almost all the time)

When I look at parses where a warrior is able to stay on target (e.g. Patchwerk), I consistently see Deep Wounds up at around 20% of total damage. Keep in mind that raid buffed you'll have a higher % crit. But I don't think you're so high that you're near the "cap" right now, unless your other stats are abysmal.

So ...is there a cap for crit ? I mean a point where it gets less effective ?

100 - chance to miss - target's chance to dodge/parry/block - glancings (which is 25%).

So, if you're hit capped and expertise capped, your crit 'cap' is 75%.

Generally you want to shoot for 35% unbuffed in zerker stance, without gimping your ap/hit/expertise

Furry Critters? I honestly thought this was going to be a post about beating up squirrels for rage. I am sorely dissapointed.
