New rogue altFollow

Well after a rogue, spriest and I (pally healer) 3-manned blood furnace with him working overtime at cc'ing the mobs, I have to say I am toying with the idea of making a rogue alt... they look so much fun (yes even though cc is left out in the cold these days).

I have come here because I need some inspiration on race... I'm keen on either undead or orc and I'm on a pve realm.

I know about the racials and what they do, but I'm hoping for some feedback on how useful those racials ended up being for people....
Does Bloodfury every 2min make for leet dps or is it's contribution just a drop in the ocean?
Does WotF save the day too many times in 5mans to consider going without?

If you aren't pvping go with the orc. free trinket every two minutes is nice.
