I am going to try fire for something different and wanted to know what is the best spell rotation for soloing PVE
fire pve solo rotation? fireball. or if you can wait long enough pyro->fireball
Also returned after a year and i use the following:
pyro - living bomb - fireball
Don't know if its the most efficient but i do like the fast kill, with after burner on ofcourse.
But then again i'm a noob when it comes to WoW nowadays..

living bomb is pretty much a waste of mana unless it really takes you longer than 12 seconds to kill something.
So living bomb is only good in instances or something?

It takes 12 seconds to explode which is where the good part of the damage comes from. If the mobs are living for 4 or 5 seconds you get all of two ticks off on LB and the mana cost pretty much is wasted.
I went fire at 72 due to frost starting to get boring. To spice things up this was my rotation.
Mount up
Round up 4-5 mobs
Living Bomb a mob
Nova
CoC
Dragons Breath
Insta strike
Blast wave
Insta strike
Probably not very efficient, but fun as hell if your AoE grinding. If it's only one mob, then just fireball or pyro to open, then just fireball till dead, nova if you need to.
