What foods are good for mages, any that raise crit+ or spellpower+ or int+?

I tend to favor spellpower food. Especially the 46 spellpower food. Crit food is also good, but you get less out of it than you do from the spellpower.

firecracker and smoked salmon.

my guild tends to just drop feasts (regular + fish) though so I just keep a stack of smoked on me incase I miss the feast.

There's the salmon as previously mentioned, but there's also a SP food that uses Shoveltusk meat I believe, although I forget what it's called off the top of my head. It really varies which is cheaper for me to make. Sometimes the glacial salmon is cheaper, sometimes the shoveltusk meat is cheaper. The last stack I bought, the salmon was cheaper so that's what I have in my inventory right now.
