Level 80 Rogue - Daggers/combat spec
I have bought an inscription friend about 5 books of glyph mastery and he has probably opened about 20 or more to date. How rare is the glyph? This glyph is not seen on our server. My friend has some site he looks at to see who has what...and says no one on our server has this glyph.
I would really like to dual spec Mut/Sin Strike. Sin strike spec works great for dailys and quests, but want to pack a lot more punch into my raiding.
Does anyone have some insight as to why this glyph might be so damn hard to get?

The glyph is extremely rare because it doesn't exist. They took it out before 3.1 launched.

As Feyras said, this glyph doesn't exist. It was on the PTR, but that's it. It never went live.

Anyways friend, to get the benefit you are looking for (although still scaled down from the glyph of awesomesauce) you just need to take your TtT points and move them over to master poisoner. It doesn't prevent the loss of your dp stack, but it makes them reapply quickly enough to make you happy.

It's still showing up in wowhead's glyph calculator which may be confusing some people.
Yep, it confused me enough to write the same note as the OP a few weeks ago.
