I took a 2 year hiatus with my lock, finally hit 70 and I'm loving all the new spells and talents. I have also noticed MORE Warlocks leveling than DKs' recently. I guess some of us have found the love again. Good times. /fistbump

You have a decent build going but it could use some tweaks IMO.
Locks have great survivability while leveling. I leveled as Affliction as well and had almost 0 down time. Here is how I would have my build if I were at level 70....

I removed the points from the healthstone..... yea it's nice but you have haunt + normal healthstone so it's not really needed.
I removed the points from imp. fear.....if you're dotting the mob correctly it should be just about dead by the time it gets back to you, so again, it's not really needed.
And speaking of dotting properly, you were missing UA. So points were moved around to make sure that was available. Some of the points were taken from Bane....They can be replaced as you level. You're typically not going to cast too many shadowbolts (besides the opening one) unless you are facing off against an elite.
I would also pick up the Glyph of Haunt (if it can be used at 70). The damage increase would be great.
Have fun leveling the lock. It will be good to see more of them on Moonrunner. Look up Agrippas if you need any help ;-)

I totally agree I have fallen in love with my lock all over again. TBC was when I first started my lock and I got into raiding pretty heavily (T5, 1 piece T6) and did some arena too as sl/sl (but never broke 2k). When Wrath came out I left my lock at 70 and spent most of my time leveling my druid and then a DK after the whole DK spree (props to Nyhm there lol) was over.
Not until 3.1 did I touch my lock again. I am a die hard destro lock so I dual specced into destro PvE and PvP and bought the appropriate glyphs. Then I went out to Borean Tundra to test out my new rotation with Conflagrate (glyphed) and Chaos bolt. I was amazed at how I could immolate, conflagrate, chaos bolt and the mob would be dead. If conflagrate crit, there was not even need for chaos bolt (maybe a searing pain). I was so astounded that I had to go test this out on the dummies in Org. Turns out I was pulling 1700 dps at level 70?!?! That's a good 500 dps better than I did during TBC. With my DK specced frost dps and tank and my druid specced resto/feral dps, it will be nice to have a pure dps class to blow stuff up with. I also can't wait to jump into arena as destro with a mage or rogue and blow some stuff up.
