I've used tranquility and it seems like it only works on my current party.
Wowhead claims it works on the whole raid, wowwiki claims your party. But wowhead claims that wowwiki really means raid.
I have no idea, so anyone else know for certain? It seems a bit OP to work on the whole raid.

Tranquility should have been like Divine Hymn from the start. That spell is everything I wish Tranquility was.
wowwiki is correct, wowhead is not.
