Shadow priority is Hit (till Capped)(1.71)> SP (1) > Crit (~.45) > Haste (~.4) > Int/Spirit (.2)
The new numbers from
Shadowpriest.com are
* 1 spellpower = 1 PP
* 1 intellect = 0.21 PP
* 1 spirit = 0.21 PP
* 1 spellcrit = 0.71 PP
* 1 spellhaste = 0.65 PP
* 1 spellhit = 1.31 PP (when not hitcapped)
Basically, get yourself hit capped. After that, SP is pound for pound your best stat to stack. Haste and crit are about the same, but stop haste at 328 (soft-cap). That allows you to get two MF's in between a MB (fully talented, but why wouldn't you be). You need like 800 haste to get three MF's in, so it is not worth trying.
As far a Healing gear. You need no hit. Again, pound for pound, SP is your best stat. But, you want to run about 25% unbuffed crit. Having 2200sp and lotsa crit >>> 2400sp with crappy crit. You also need to have spirit on your gear. Choose gear with spirit over Mp5 gear when you have a choice. You should be over 1000 spirit when raid buffed. Never make Int a decision in gear choice UNLESS it is the only differing factor. For example, Darkmoon Card: Greatness (Int) is worth little for Holy Priest. Darkmoon Card: Spirit is a good choice.
