I have never been any good at finding enchants for my dam shoulder slot. Anyone have any words of advice on where to start, who to get rep with, or where I should be looking?
I am a lvl 80 elemental shammy and would like something with spell power. Maybe +to crit or +to mana regen.

On the menu bar above, Arrow over Items, then enchantments, then click on shoulders.
Inscription-only or Sons of Hodir reputation.
If you need something while you are grinding Hodir rep, Scryers and Aldor also offer shoulder enchants.

Hodir rep is easy though, so Aldor/Scryer is only worth it if you have the rep already.
There are also shoulder enchants that come from Wintergrasp, bought with Stone Keeper's Shards.

They also have head enchants...not too bad of SP bonus for them, but the Hodir Enchants add Crit instead of resilience.
I decided to go with THIS ONE till I get my Sons of Hodir rep up because I have a ton of extra Stone Keeper Shards
