what would the best armor and weapons be for a 19 twink warrior
I'd use the weapon with the highest damage if I were you.
For Alliance;
This is best in slot for items.
For Horde;
Instead of the quest reward chest piece use this.

A side not is that the heirloom items are going to be level 19 gear, not lvl 80 for comparison.

Warriors dont make good level 19 twinks.
Hunters and Rogues are the strongest for that. Healers also, for healing.
By that level the hunters can already have rooting spiders, also some of the hunter pets at those levels are too strong compared to players. And with some talents they can kill casters from much more distance than the caster's attack range.

Beefed (atm it's showing him in half Str gear and half Sta gear, hopefully soon it will be one complete set.)
Rogues stand 0% chance against a good/semi retarded warrior twink.
I even have a 2nd Redbeard crest with a spike for fighting rogues with shield block.
Devioususer, was that list of items a joke?
here's a basic list of gear that is easy to obtain, bar the hat, trinket and bracers can be a pain to get at 19

Yes it was a joke.
I doubt most people know the dedication it takes to get a twink properly geared out.
Lesser Arcanum of Constitution for example, is difficult to acquire for a twink.

Partially because with this patch that Librim is useless to twinks, but before 3.1 twinking was all about getting difficult to find BIS gear with BIS enchants.

warriors are the best counter to hunter and rogue twinks. use a 1h + shield as this is pretty much the only viable option. however, i would roll a priest or hunter right now because they pretty much roll everything in that bracket
Fortunatly they're nerfing scopes today, so you won't be up against 19 hunters with 38% ranged crit (an exact number from my hunter twink). You can't put leg armor or librams on twink gear anymore either.
Few things off the top of my head...
Head: Lucky Fishing Hat / Green Tinted Goggles
Chest: Armor of the Fang / Blackened Defias Armor
Hands: Thorbia's Gauntlets
Legs: Chausses of Westfall (alliance only) / Leggings of the Fang
Feet: Silver-Linked Footguards
Ring: Seal of Wrynn / Seal of Sylvanas
Shoulder: Prized Beastmaster's Mantle (the plate ones give the same atk via Str, and 1 more Sta, but have no Agi at all)
When I'm finished with my 19 Gnome Warrior twink I'll post his armory (he'll be fairly optimal apart from having engineering goggles instead of the Lucky Fishing Hat, and not having Shadowfang).
He's going to be spec'd:
-Imp.Bloodrage
-Imp.Thunderclap
-Incite
-2/5 Cruelty or 2/2 Imp.Rend
