if you get an add the first thing you should do is shift out of whatever form youre in, regrowth yourself, rejuv yourself, and then pop into bear form.
with a combo of those two HoT's on you (heal over time spells) as well as the high armor of bear form you should be able to wear at least one of those mobs down before you need to heal again. chances are youll get both, and if not youll get one for sure then can shift out, heal a bit more (just regrowth this time) and then go cat form to finish off the second.
as a caveat to this, i am a VERY FIRM believer that all leveling druids, regardless of spec, need to ahve 2-4 pieces of gear dedicated in some way to int. either "of the owl" (int/spr), "of the eagle" (int/stam) or even "of the gorilla" (int/str), the fact is a leveling druid lives and dies by their mana, and even with all your points into feral your heals still do a decent amount, more than enough to overcome 2-3 mobs with the aid of bear form.
hence, it behooves you, tauren or otherwise, to have about 20-25% of your stats from items dedicated to int (hence 2-4 items, 2 being if you had 2 "of intelligence" items) to help keep your mana pool filled up. its honestly one of the best decisions you can make as a leveling druid.
secondly, if youre leveling as feral, invest in the rake glyph; making it so things dont run when they get low ups your survivability immensely as a class that has very little in the way of tools to stop runners (curse you feral charge for being accessed at level 30 now!).
