I can't seem to sit consistently where I'd like to be. During raid, I've got about 40% crit with raid buffs and Molten Armor. I have a feeling I could use a few more upgrades on my gear (Turning Tide comes to mind, but that won't happen anytime soon I don't think), but other than that, I'm at loss.
I scorch once to get 5 stacks, LB, and then FFB until Hot Streak procs. I'll throw in fireblasts when I'm on the move. The missed LB's and scorchs are from my trying to restack them when running around for the fights (I think...because I don't see any missed FFB's in there).
Anyone have some tips for me in terms of what I should try and do pre-Ulduar gear? I'll be picking up pieces as we go for sure, but off-night and PUG fun could net me a few little pieces here and there. Thanks. :)

I would replace your scorch glyph with a living bomb one and just split scorches between you and another mage. the LB glyph adds about 300dps if you keep it up.
Replace both of those bad gems in your belt. The purple gems you should be getting are purified twilight opals (spirit+spellpower).
You don't have lightweave on your cloak yet -- get it, it is about a 150dps increase.
Your staff could use a better enchant, the 83(?) spellpower one would help.
You should have higher crit than 40% in a full raid, given you should get around 6% crit with molten armor with spirit buffs in raid. which puts you at 35%, plus scorch = 40%, + shaman I believe adds another 3%, plus glyph should get you around 45-46% crit on average.
Since you are trying to compare to Ulduar fights, you have to remember that your dps will go up as your guild gets better at the fights and you become more familiar of when to pop cooldowns etc.
