Holy - break T7 set in Ulduar?Follow

You guys sticking with 4 set bonus in Ulduar or chasing T8/T8.5?

I haven't really decided yet. Leaning towards T8.5 though. Any new choices of librams in Ulduar either? Or just sticking with the heroism badge?

I waited until i got 2-3 Ups before i actually broke my 4pc T7. I havent really had an issue with losing the 4pc in regards to mana. And yes, the heroic badge libram is by far the best, and will prolly remain that for a long time.

I dont really like the itemization on T8, and imo the Set Bonuses arent that amazing. Ill pick it up, slowly. But im definately in no rush to get it.

I think that the 2 peice bonuses from tier 7 and tier 8 go really well together, so breaking the 4 peice bonus to get both 2 peice bonuses would be too bad. I have been having no mana issues and I havent even bothered with the seal of wisdom glyph.

I broke my 4 piece pretty quick with Tier 8.5. Right now I am rocking 2 piece T7.5 and two piece T8.5, just need 1 piece for my 4 piece T8.5 bonus. Easymode there should be no real rush because all the content from Flame Leviathan to Yogg is pretty doable in 25 man Naxx gear, 10 man Ulduar in 25 man naxx gear is very forgiving too, even on hardmodes.

Holy Pally itemization in T8 is kind of meh, the pieces tend to break up haste/crit and give you either crit/mp5 or haste/mp5 and as it stands right now Mp5 is an extremely undesirable stat for Holy Paladins. However you are going to need the stam for hard modes, trust me. If you look at the gear for any class across the board you can see the avg stam per individual piece is going up 10-15 points, where Int or equivalents (str) for melee is going up only 2-4 per piece. That is because on 25 man hard modes there is some extremely unforgiving splash damage, think blue fire on Razor pre-nerf hitting for 10k+ per second, but instead of hitting one person it hits 5. That extra health will help on healing situations much like Deconstructor pre-nerf, where Light and gravity bomb hit during the pound phase and you have people taking 2 forms of splash damage and if they aren't getting the snot healed out of them they are 100% likely to die. So instead of dipping to 5% health from a hit and getting clipped by something small and dying to something outside of your control the stam will give you room to take a 10k shot, then a random 7k shot and hopefully by then a healer gets you. Rather than a 10-7k dead. At least that is the theory, end of the day it might just be wasted itemization for the majority of people who won't see hard modes die unless they nerf them.

I guess that is what Blizz gets for creating an entry level T7 set that was so powerful in comparison to content.
