bloodthirst and WW glyphs for sure. victory rush could replace whirlwind for leveling, but thats a personal discretion thing. the WW and BT glyphs will pretty much follow your fury spec until the grave. you might replace the BT glyph with an execute glyph for raiding, but thats something of a personal choice too; more self-healing is always nice in a raid.
Russki, maxdps is terrible now. There was a point in time where it was OK, but it's not anymore. The stat priorities it uses are all sorts of messed up, the SEP values in it are bad, and it doesn't have close to proper rage modeling.
If you want a quick fix on itemization, check THIS out. It's Landsoul's spreadsheet from EJ. Really good source for anything you need. Run it in Excel, it has an armory import, all sorts of nifty stuff. Just plug your gear in and go.
