Hits caps, expertise, etc...Follow

Thanks in advance for helping me out by providing an answer or pointing me to a thread or a web site.

That's me:

Strengh: 900
Agility: 133
Stamina: 1526
Armor 15484
Hits Rating: 204
Crit Rating: 382 => Crit chance: 16.64%
Expertise Rating:8 => Expertise: 5


My playstyle:

I mostly do Battleground PvP with the occasional questing for reputation imp. I rarely do raiding (except VoA) because it's hard for me to invest 2-3 or more hours in one sitting.

My Hits Rating is already at 204 and I read somewhere that the soft cap is 168 when you have Virulence.

3 questions:

Question #1: Should I take Hits Rating down to 168 so I can invest in something else?

Question #2: Is Expertise the next thing I should bring up?

Question #3: What level should I bring Expertise (or something else)?

If I need Hits Rating at 164 and Expertise is next to worthless. That means I have to concentrate all the rest of my items enhancement in Strengh and Stamina? Do I get it right?
