DPS and where to go Follow

k, this is my frist level 80 and just wanted to know what sort of dps i should have;

bonus damage when buffed with arcane interlect is 1766, (dont know why it says 1582 above).
Also want to know if there are any decents rotations for an arcane mage mainly, also a firefrost. Finally, where should i go from now :)
