Hey all
Long time reader of the forum here. So I have a 75 Boomkin, Tyronebigum. I've been reading alot about DPS. How you do know how much you DPS youre throwing? I should 80 soon so it's time to start thinking about this stuff. Also, I read about people
using the dummys. Whats the point of those? Thanks for your help.

download Recount, you can get it off of www.curse.com

read up on dps rotations for boomkin

Reset it

Set it to current fight

Go to target dummy and beat on it for ~5 minutes

look at your dps, then click on the bar to open a bigger box with the breakdown of all your attacks, how much damage they did, crits, etc...

Touch up your rotation

Rinse, repeat and profit

Thanks bro! I will do that. Also I realize anyone else who reads my original post, I apologize for the grammar errors. I've seen a few grammar ****'s and don't want to feel their wrath...

You're in the druid forum and its pretty laid back here.

Honestly out of all the druid posters I'm probably the most angry poster of us all, but never in here. Thats better left for the main forum.

As for moonkin dps.

Practice practice practice! Perfecting your rotations on the dummies are going to make you have a much better sense of urgency if you push into 5 man, heroics, 10 man and 25 man raiding.

Read up on the guides, and if I get around to it.... Read Druid 202 hopefully I can get the moonkin stuff finished up.

Well you got the youre instead of your part right.

Yes, this is easily the most laid back area of Alla.
