Best weapon comboFollow

Hello everyone. My goal is to stay alive in PVP. To do that, one of the things I need is high DPS. I've heard alot of opinions, but no-one has answered this question. Which is better, a fast weapon that doesnt hit hard but has higher dps than a slow weapon that when it does hit, it hits harder, but dps is less. I am currently using Fury with a Titan Steel Destroyer and a Titan Steel Bonecrusher. My DPS is somewhere around 410 and 220. That equals 630. If I use just the Destroyer with Arms, my DPS is around 500.

I feel that the more often I hit, the more rage I generate and also the higher the chances for a crit. Many people tell me otherwise, but after trying both, it seems like one hit every 3.4 seconds of 500 is worse than 2 hits of 410 and 220 every 3 seconds. Also, with Arms, the two hander eliminates the buffs I get from having a second weap. I've tried dual wielding using the bonecrusher and an epic dagger of equal dps in Arms, and LOVE Bladestorm, but with the long recharge of Bladestorm, it doesnt seem to work out well.

So, after rambling alot, what do you think?

Thanks for the help

So many things so wrong! I'm sorry that I may sound bitter and cynical, but seriously I'm just astounded.

Err... the One handed weapon your using in your Main hand (Bonecrusher is MH only)? Get a 2h to use if your going to dual wield (with titans grip nonetheless)

Your tooltip dps is not what kind of DPS your going to put out... But just for sakes sake; Bonecrusher has 143.6 dps static, and that would make your AP 3730 (rounding...). The Destroyer is 186.5 dps static (226 dps after ap and OH). And it's halved because your dual wielding. Don't you think you'd do more damage with a main hand that hits harder and is slower?

You'll generate rage when you hit yes. But dual wielding incurs a 24% chance miss on hitting. A 2h alone is 5%.

...

Ok, so, you think in PvP hitting for two smaller damages that add up to a bigger damage than a single hit that does more than either smaller damages is better?

Let me put it simply. You need to cause the MOST amount of damage in the smallest amount of time, in pvp, on demand. Your target isn't sitting still, it is getting heals, and has crowd control available (usually).

...

Secondly, you want to stay alive in PvP? Wtf does it matter what kind of dps your doing, stack stamina and resilience.
