i was just wonderin what my hit rating should be at lvl 80 for pvp retadin
Rating I don't know.
I'll just give you that there's a few abilities here and there that give chars about +2% to be missed.
But if you go with, say, 4% or 5% that's missing barely 1 hit out of 100 and shouldn't matter much.

5% to eliminate misses in pvp, not including certain talents like Divine Purpose, Arctic winds and so on which make certain classes harder to hit. Night Elves also have a racial bonus which makes them 1% harder to hit. The spell cap is higher, 11% i believe.
