Have you guys adjusted your rotation in respect of 3.1? Prior to its release mine was:

Judge - CS - DS - Cons ( - Exo - HoW)

On advice from other sites I've switched over to:

CS ( - HW) - Judge - DS - Cons - HoW

With SoTM up. I haven't taken SoC as yet, again on the advice of EJ with a dedicated Ulduar PvE talent spec printed.

I'm finding a drop in DPS. Admittedly I haven't done much fighting and my only reference is from Ulduar last night. What's your opinion on the rotations or do you have your own?

Short Forms

CS = Crusader Strike
DS = Divine Storm
Cons = Consecration
Exo = Exorcism
HoW = Holy Wrath
HW = Hammer of Wrath
SoTM = Seal of the Martyr

my first rotation is the same, to get the 3% crit up, then i switch it up to

CS - Judge - DS - Cons - Filler

i give my hammer of wrath 100% priority when it becomes available.

Edit: though i still have trouble changing my rotation as my muscle memory just wont let go . . .

Exorcism and judgement come first just because they're ranged. My priority is:

(Hammer of Wrath) > Crusader Strike > Divine Storm > Exorcism > Judgement > Consecrate

on single targets. Divine storm i believe comes out ahead of CS if there is even a single other enemy in range. I'm still very uncomfortable with the new priorities, though that's more to do with being holy a lot more these days.

Thanks for your replies guys. A couple of different rotations on the go, may have to do some testing tonight.

i like to keep exo low on the priority list so if the boss moves suddenly or does something to range me, i have an attack available while im closing the gap. if i know that such an event is a few seconds away, i will pop devine plea or refresh my SS and save exo for it.

i think its really fun on razor scale to go flying back word and do a mid air exo, or even judge then exo if i can time it right. 8)

i've been slow to change my fcfs priorities. but out of curiosity I did some maths today (yeah, I know, I do too much of that) and my initial results, not verified by any kind of in game testing indicate that based on the average damage of abilities if you have the 2pc T7 bonus still you'll be best off with a priority list looking like:

(HoW) --> DS --> CS --> Exorcism --> Judgement --> Consecration

however, my opening attacks have been

Judgements --> Exorcism --> DS --> CS --> Consecration

I personally start this way because Judgement has the highest chance to Crit putting up the first stack of Vengeance on myself and also putting the 3% crit debuff on the mob to ensure i'll maximize my chances to get my 3 stack of Vengeance by the time my hardest hitting abilities hit.

I've been starting off with judgement/exorcism already but haven't changed my keys to make sure i'm prioritizing by highest damage. oh, and if you don't have the T7 2pc bonus then CS would still be top priority again. till I get my 4th piece of T8 though I'll have 2 pieces of T7. even then I may keep DS above CS since CS does nothing other than damage while DS also does some healing and without the T7 bonus DS is only barely behind CS in damage done.
