First, lemme start by saying I am by no means a hardcore player.
I am trying to deal better damage, I have had all talent points in fury at one. I have tried splitting 97% to fury the other to arms. which now leads me to me current respec.

My guildies have tried helping me BUT, have actually confused me . What one says another will contradict.
I feel I am "ok" on gear, I'm slowly upgrading. anyway .. if someone could help I would greatly appreciate it (so would my guild) thank you

You talents are pretty solid as they are now.
All I got to say is, enchant your gear. And gem for straight strength (get your meta gem requirements minimum then all strength gems).

Some of the more accessable things to do and acquire:
Two things can be replaced fairly quickly. Ice Striker's Cloak is a crafted epic cloak to replace yours, which is a tanking piece. Titanium Impact Band is a crafted epic ring. Hopefully guildies have these patterns. Or get the mats and find the crafters to make them.
Heroic Halls of Lightning drops an epic axe off the last boss. You could replace your blue offhand
An engineer could craft you a Nesingwary 4000, an epic gun with AP and crit increases for you. Or the Drake Mounted Crossbow drops in H UK. I wouldn't ninja it from a hunter, but ask for it if noone else is interested.
Get a gem socket for your waist from a blacksmith.
Your trinkets are obsolete. Work on those.
You've been running heroics and raids, so you have Emblems collecting. Save up for a couple of pieces that will get you the set bonus, 10% slam increase.
There's an addon called Slam Alert. It gives an audio alert when the instant slam procs. I found that helpful. Hear the alert and wait for the GCD to come around and slam.
Check the warrior dps stickies for the rotation that is optimum.

IMO, Cloak of Bloodied Waters is the stronger warrior DPS cloak, even though it's a blue.
Pendant of the Outcast Hero and Mirror of Truth are also very strong pieces (especially the mirror).
There's also a decent blue gun from Argent Crusade rep, and a purple thrown weapon from badges.
