Ok, first time poster but long time reader.

I just hit 80 & need some advice. My guild is growing & it looks like I will be leading the raids (lvl 60, 70 & 80) while I try to gear up & start Heroics.
Should I stay combat spec? What glyphs should I use? Should I dual-spec?
Can I get some advice on how to get my guild mates (& myself) prepared for end-game?

Thanks

Personal preference, but Mutilate is still above it (and by a much wider margin than previous from what I can see, poison changes made a big difference). HAT is a completely useless spec to you since no one in your guild is geared yet.

Personal preference and based on Spec.

Personal preference. All three rogue trees can only do damage so there's no raid utility compared to someone who can change between healer/tank/dps. Rogue doesn't give any raid/party buffs in any spec (Master Poisoner's effect can be done by three other classes which don't stack and Tricks of the Trade isn't exactly a buff) so it shouldn't matter as long as you can carry your weight in DPS.

Get gear, learn your fights, don't suck.

WoW end-game advice down to the letter.

First, you should spec mutilate. Combat daggers is sub-par compared to Mutilate, right now.

Second, you need a lot more hit rating. The poison hit cap is 315, and I'm not saying you HAVE to have that much hit, but it definitely will help.

As for glyphs, I'm currently using HfB, Rupture, Mutilate. Dual spec isn't necessary unless you PvP a lot.

When it comes down to getting ready for raiding, you should run a lot of heroics. Heroic Gun'drak has a ring and pants in it that are upgrades for you personally. Download Atlas loot and check what instance will give you upgrades.

If you're going to be a raid leader, you really need to start researching strategies on the different bosses. Wowwiki has some literature that you can read, but tankspot.com has videos that you can watch.

Since you guys are just starting out, you will be going into Naxx, which isn't very hard. Make sure your officers/raid leaders have a basic knowledge of each class so they know what everyone should be doing in raids.

Good Luck, and if you need more help....ask Theo :P
