hello my raid group just got to 10 man Kel'Thuzad and people seem to die to frost blast is there any tip for getting people up faster then using fast heal ? also anyway to find out fast who has it
The only way to get people up fast is using a fast heal, obviously >.>

yeh i just added frost blast to my debuffs in grid but people were going down when i seen there hp too fast for flash maybe i just got unlucky or am slow :(
I heal this as a Holy Priest and use CoH.
I watch the health bars and can see who has it by watching them tick down. CoH is enough to keep them alive long enough for me to get the big heals on them.

Its a good idea for the healers to keep hots rolling on each other as well as themselves. If one gets Frost Blasted, the other is going to have to cover the other's assignment and depending on the state of the fight, may not have the opportunity to properly heal the Frost Blasted healer.
I used shield and penance but the Holy priest used shield and flash heal or circle of healing. The shield is instant enough to take a chunk of the damage allowing you time to get another heal off, especially as Disc. If you have something like deadly boss mobs you can see who is tombed as it brings it up on the screen then grid allowed me to swiftly heal.
We also had a "healing rotation" whereby if one of us got hit we knew who was assigned to their role while they were hit.

Also, I'm thinking holy priests could use Guardian Spirit+ CoH, seeing as that should be enough to keep the target alive so a greater heal can be cast. If you've got the Guardian Spirit glyph the spell should be off cooldown by the time the next ice block pops up. It's a little risky but if you're having serious trouble with the Frost Blasts it might help.

Save guardian spirit for the off tank. Because they can get ice blocked, which really sucks.
I usually bubble and PoM single target ice blocks. If it's a couple people, simply wait until they get hit once(they take 3 hits) then cast CoH the group and things should be fine.
As far as finding out who has it, if you have grid, you can set your center icon to show who is hit with ice block and you will know right away who was hit. My guildies have said heal bot let's them know who is ice blocked as well.
