Mut Weapon Question for 3.1Follow

I have been trying to figure out what the best weapons to run for mutilate after 3.1.

Before 3.1 it was easy fast/fast. Now, I hear that slow/fast is best for mutilate.

So can one of the 'experts' clarify which weapons are better for my dps.

1) Webbed Death (MH)/ Webbed Death (OH)
2) Anarchy (MH) / Webbed Death (OH)
3) Webbed Death (MH) / Anarchy (OH)
