Like the title says: Is taunt affected by Hit and/or expertise? Does it affect the chance for it to be resisted?

Taunt and Challenging shout are "spells". Affected by your chance to hit with spells. So I guess +hit affects it.
Mocking blow a melee attack. It's affected by your chance to successfully land an attack. So hit and expertise both affect it.

I thought they were changed to be affected by melee +hit a while ago. Not that it makes any difference now with +hit being universal.
Check your hit under the spell tab to see what Taunt's chance to hit is as yes it is affected by spell hit.
edit: Had growl instead of taunt but same thing. Forgot what forum I was in.
