/cast [nostance:3] Cat Form; [stance:3,nostealth] Prowl

now i have entered this correctly and yet i still have to hit the dam key 2times for it to go into prowl

yes ok it dose only transform into cat form BUT it will not cast prowl when i hit the key i have to hit it 2 times

is there anyway to get this down to one keystroke? cause i don't what to bind this macro to a key that i have to mash when i need to go into stealth

Well, heres the thing. You can't macro two spells to cast in sequence of each other w/o spamming down on the key.

What I suggest though is doing this.

Add /stopmacro to the end of the macro and bind it to your mouse wheel up or down, or alt mouse wheel up/down.

This way you wont be stomping on the key and you can just do a quick mouse wheel and shizzam you're done.

I do this with my pvp macros it pops barkskin/bear form/monarch crab all in sequence of each other and all i do is roll my mouse wheel 3 clicks and they all go off.

I also do this on my rogue with stealth and cold blood.

Because of lag, it's impossible to shift into Cat and go Prowl with a single keypress. Even if you rewrite the macro to actually cast Prowl at the same time you ask him to go Cat, you'll get a message saying you need to be in Cat Form because the game is told to use Prowl sooner than you actually shift into Cat.

You'll have to make a castsequence or press more than one button.

Something like this would work, but sequences don't play well with conditionals. (Replace the value of 3 with however long you want it to be)

/dismount
/castsequence reset=3 Cat Form, Prowl
