Yay Ulduar!!Follow

Got in for about an hour tonight on 10, anyone else get the chance to try it? FL was ridiculously easy, Ignis raped me because of bugs, XT trash bug made us unable to put real attempts on him, didn't try the dragon. Raid night is tomorrow, so I'm happy I went in tonight and got a little bit of a look at things since I'll be raid leading and we didn't PTR. Overall...I'm not sure what to say. Trash doesn't seem to be as AoE friendly, which is nice. I like the feel of it so far, but I'm not sure on the difficulty. FL was done easy mode, granted, but it was a joke. Ignis didn't appear as if he would be difficult at all, if he weren't bugged. XT I feel the same about, but unfortunately I can't see at the moment since his trash is like pulling VRs entire room all at once.

Thoughts from anyone else on their experience?

We've gotten a real raid night in, and it went fairly well. Fun instance so far. XT is definitely a step up in difficulty over Razorscale. FL is just retarded easy on the non-hard mode. Razorscale actually gave us a problem initially. We were doing him before strats were up, so we weren't aware of the debuff he puts on the tank. As a result, he tore my *** to pieces the first time he came down. We figured it out though and did a tank switch, and that solved our problems on him. XT we had a lot more trouble with, but he's close. 5% wipe made me sad, we needed to clean up healing. However, now that he doesn't gravity/light bomb the raid during tantrums...he's going to go down like a joke next week. We were losing DPS to that combo, and it was causing problems with the enrage timer.

I'm personally sad about the change to XT. I wish we could have another week with him the way he was before. We were right there, and I don't feel that it wasn't too difficult. It just seemed very tightly, and properly tuned.
