Yup, we had this guy for the spider wing in 10man. I put on my tanking set for the trash (I have 30,500 ~19 dodge and ~19 parry and 61.50% reduction in mine). I let the raid leader know that the add on the first boss was all his. What happened? he dropped the ball majorly. He let it run around and wipe us. After the spider wing, we got a druid to ot.

Now, I must admit, he did upgrade since I saw him last. I do not feel that he up to do any raids.

Seeing this just amazed me. He has no rep enchants, there is a great head enchant that he COULD get, but nope. I will never understand why people do not get as honored as they can. It is easy to do, it is one of the easiest things to do in the game.
I also asked him about his axe, and he said with uldarr coming out, there is no reason to get the titansteel destroyer. So, he plans on jumping right into uldarr like that?
(oh, yeah, when he was in our raid, he had skinning and herbalism. He also told me that he was not a 'noob'.)

Those stats are me in my tanking gear. On times, I have tanked trash in 25man naxx, and regular runs. (Yes, it is not optimal as I do not have the 5/5/5 set up, I let everyone know that.)

Is there anything 'noob' about having 2 gathering professions? no. It is actually a very viable way of getting gold. The 'noob' comes from not having many enchants on his gear that easy to get, i.e., the head enchant from argent crusade, http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44150, Not even bothering to try to upgrade his weapon, and many other things. It was him that said he was not a 'noob', not I. By that statement alone, all I could do is shake my head. If a person does want to tank or dps, what is more valuable? jc for http://www.wowhead.com/?item=42142 for dps? and to be able to craft http://www.wowhead.com/?item=36767 for tanking? This is just an example of a more useful profession. Maybe I just expect more out of people, wanting to be the best they can be and not hearing them say they don't see the need for the titansteel destroyer because uldarr is being released so soon.

I don't see how posting someone's armory because they wanted to off tank naxx 10 is 'making them look bad'. there is the possibility that we were just holding him to higher standards, and that is what I wanted to find out.
