hey! im lvl 76 atm and soon lvl 77 and i have only 800g and owe my friend 1k :S and im gonna need flying mount and i dont have outland flying skill eitehr :S the mount itself i can get easy but i mean 1800g i must get as fast as possible :(
any1 know any good way to earn fast gold? like a grinding spot in northrend or something

Continue doing quests, don't buy stuff you don't need, use your professions, gather what you can if you have a gathering profession, sell said stuff on the AH = profit
Technically, you don't "NEED" a flying mount at exactly 77. It makes it a lot easier, but you can easily get to 80 without one. I did it on my warrior.
You should still have a ton of quest chains to go through. Especially the Sons of Hodir, and all the chains in Icecrown.
Until you have the gold for actual mount training, you can go to K3 in Storm Peaks and pick up a freebie flying mount that works in Icecrown, Storm Peaks, and Sholazar.

Honestly I dont see how you end up in that position. On my first character, levelling fairly quickly, I had a flying mount at 70 and epic flying at 77.
Also I got to level 80 without entering Stormpeaks, Icecrown or Howling Fjord. So a mount isnt even necessary.

I don't know how people have trouble with gold either. The OP said he owned 1k to his friend. What the heck is he spending gold on already?
First piece of advice I've always given to my friends when they started WoW: "Never buy gear, save your money for mounts. If you can play the AH for a profit, do it, but just be careful."
Friend of mine got 80 about a month ago and never had problems with money. Just last week he had enough gold for his epic flying. This guy doesn't play much either due to his job.

What the HELL did you spend 1K G on?
I have 5K right now, with my epic flier, without ANY effort, most of Storm Peaks and all of Icecrown to go (among other zones) mats in the bank for my craftable gear and all skills from talents (so, the skill cost plus the respec costs).
Furthermore, how did you get to 77 without making a TON of cash? Money is, like, free in Wrath. You kill a mob and it drops 50 silver, a green that vendors for 2-7G and some white and gray trash, not to mention the 10G that quest rewards for killing the thing...
Even dying ALL THE TIME from fall damage, my repair bills were never enough to deduct a lot of gold.

It's the normal 60% flying mount speed, but it doesn't get a bonus from mount speed buffs.
And until 3.1, you can use it in combat and while moving. It's also immune to knockback effects, daze dismounting, and even slows, snare and stuns.
I have used it to counter-grief many a griefing ally.
