According to the spreadsheet, 20 agi is giving me about 22 DPS right now on live (YMMV, but probably not by much), and on the PTR HMPR worth about 35.6 DPS without crits (I'm not sure if it can crit or what crit rate it uses).
Call me old-fashioned, but I've always thought since level 60 that hunters should be engineers (for FD+cables, not that people do that much anymore); it makes me happy to see some PVE benefit, even if it is small :D (though I could do without goggles being strictly worse than 10 man T7 hat).
