I'm pretty sure Dual Wielding as a tank isn't a good idea. Unless those are your "DPS" weapons...

Wait, why are you Dual Wielding in the first place? You don't have the Nerves of Cold Steel talent. Additionally, put the Rune of the Stoneskin Gargoyle on your tanking weapon. This rune requires a 2hander which is better for tanking anyways.

For all that is good and decent, please proof-read your posts before putting them up. If you want to be taken seriously here, your best bet is to use proper punctuation and spelling.

Anyway... Stop dual-wielding. Now. Get a 2-hander with as much Stam, Str and Agi as you can find at your level (The Zul'Drak arena event one is very strong at your level). Duel-wielding opens you up to a much higher number of parries which means more incoming damage which means bad things.

Keep looking for gear with defense until you're at least over 535 (the crit immune cap for heroics) at level 80. 540 Defense is the crit immune cap for raid bosses. After getting to crit immune, look to avoidance and stam, stam, stam, stam, and more stam.

Talents: Drop 1/5 Imp. Icy Talons, 1 from Chill of the Grave and Deathchill. Use these points for Frigid Deathplate which is undeniably a vital tanking talent for Frost. Also move at least the 2 points in Epidemic to Ravenous Dead (moar Stam!). I have no idea why you insist on Chilblains, but whatever. I still personally like Hungering Cold as a tanking talent (for it's mitigation use) but it's a debatable choice.

Hope that helps. Good luck out there.
