Quick question: does it give the 10% chance (5/5)at the beggining of the spell, or at each individual hit? In other words, will Arcane Missles benefit from it each second, or just when you first cast it? Ty^^

beginning of the spell. And I think I remember hearing that AM was bugged to not proc clearcast but I could be wrong (or they could have fixed it) I guess I could login and try it..

Not playing arcane because AM doesn't have a 50% chance to proc CC?

Yeah, that's kind of a goofy reason to not play arcane. Even if it doesn't proc from AM, CC still procs quite a bit, especially considering that in a proper rotation you should be casting AB 2 sometimes 3 times more often than AM.

Doesn't that mean you can spam your AM missiles button to get an Arcane concentration proc?

There's got to be some kind of overpowered use for that! =P

OK AM is a bit weird:
-It does proc CC and gets the benefit for the Arcane potency for the AM just cast. The CC is used for the next spell.
-If CC is procced off another spell (Arcane blast for instance), then AM is used: The AM will cost no mana but for some reason does not benefit from the Potency even though it is used up.

This may be a bug, I am not too sure. It doesn't seem right to me.
